No refunds will be offered or given in the case of violations of Terms of Service or Privacy Policies. All refunds are at the sole discretion of FilipinoContractors.com, FilipinoContractors.ph, and DarinPhillips.com.

Refunds will not be offered in the event that the Hiring Manager and/or Company does not find a suitable Independent Contractor.

Refunds will not be offered if a selected Independent Contractor is not performing as desired or required.
